pwned! Hell. Yes.
@jdv21691 and you’re desperate for a shag?
@dalloll patrick is a character developed to be like that.. the poor bitch who tried to sell a piece of paper hasnt got a clue how thick she is.. cant compare someone real and someone made up… although spongebob is amazing
@kingolofofaston especially an AWESOME impartial judge
she did read the description. and it clearly said that it has a headphone jack, weighs 4.90oz, and other things.
sorry, but a piece of paper has no headphone jack nor does it weigh 4.90oz
ask your dad
Here’s one thing. If the ad says Photo only, don’t say it has a headjack, don’t say it weighs 4.90 oz. Don’t say it’s a clamshell. Photos do not have anything of those characteristics, and regardless of whether she got a word in or not, whatever she would be saying would be considered null and void by the evidence.
Because most people who prostitute themselves are actually hot right?
Are you saying people who pull petty / stupid scams should be put to death or mutilated? You disgust me.
Somebody should punch that fat bitch in the face.
LMAO! GENIUS!
Firstly she couldn’t show where it said it was only a picture as the honourable Judge wouldn’t let her get a word in edge-ways as she was too busy shouting at her.
And I’m not really defending her; of course she was trying to scam someone, she knew full well that some poor sucker who didn’t bother to read the add properly wouldn’t pick up on the fact she wasn’t actually selling the phones. It doesn’t mean that the winning bidder wasn’t an idiot, though
@kingolofofaston I bet you can’t even give ONE valid reason why that woman was trying to sell photos of cellphones if she was not hoping to cheat someone.
@kingolofofaston As long as you continue to condone dishonesty and defend the scammers it’s going to continue. And I can’t imagine a judge so impartial that they’d be unable to see through this woman’s intentions. Would any judge reason that assaulting someone with the intent to kill is not punishable because they didn’t actually manage to kill the person? Intent is admissable in court.
@kingolofofaston I can’t believe you are actually DEFENDING this scamming bitch. If it happened to you, would you still be defending her? And don’t say “I would have read the fine print”. I don’t think there WAS any fine print. If she wasn’t able to point it out, then she was obviously lying about it.She was trying to be smart.
@kingolofofaston The woman couldn’t even point out exactly WHERE it said in the ad that it was only a photo. And stating the fact that it was only a photo she was selling in the ad would have been too great a risk, because some people do read carefully. At any rate, it was still done with the intention to scam. Why else would someone even CONSIDER selling pictures of cellphones? They aren’t worth even a penny, much less nearly $500.
Did she not read the item description? Ignorance is no defense. Same goes for you, “dumbass”.
You can’t beat an impartial judge, though.
