I bought this unit after research models. My house is very rural, and we lose power while half-dozen a year. About 2 of these interruptions lasting longer than one day, so this will not help, as I have a dozen deep cycle batteries in the model has the ability giro.Questo incredible to begin with, and I bought this model because I wanted one that could start and manage my fridge for a battery, so do not lose a few hundred dollars on food every time the power goes out. The manual indicates that this model can provide 2x rated power (1600 W in this case) for 10 seconds. It’s unbelievable and unheard on a unit of this price. If you download the manuals for the most part, I’ve been where you can make 2x rated power, but only by 0. 1 second. 0. 1 seconds? , Is certainly useful, and not start any engine. I can confirm that this unit will be easy to start and manage both my refrigerator without difficulty. Obviously, the responsiveness is reduced with low battery power, and will not be 2x increase when the battery is low. Also, I was impressed with the manual recommend “Seeing is believing,” if you do not know if the investor can handle the load. This indicates that trust in their design, and gives me confidence as I have used this bene.Proprio today with a battery inverter motor drive my boat. I was able to watch TV and run a lamp with a CFL bulb for about 5 hours until power is new. This includes my 57 “CRT TV, 700w amplifier and direct. My kill-a-Watt EZ shows pulling about 350W idle. He ran this unit for 5 hours without any difficulty, and only gets warm to the touch. The output power is more clean my loan generator, the TV picture was rock, artifact-free audio through the amplifier. Caveats: 1) When the battery runs down, it reduces the capacity for action. The television an hour left , but he would not start frigorifero.2) Power is not clean enough to meet the APC UPS on my TiVo. He ran the battery down in my power UPS believes was dirty. Transfer of power to the inverter directly solved this problema.3) This unit pulls a lot of current while running. Tonight one of the dice in place of the battery was loose, and keep the unit closed. Once I met the problem, I pressed the nut and everything was fine. The loose nut, not in a position to provide the current necessary to operate the inverter. Mess with the battery terminals, and provide a big spark, bright enough if your electricity is off. Rating: 5 / 5
