Old cell phones are best recycled at Collective Good. They partner with top-rated charitable organizations to help them raise much-needed funds by organizing mobile phone recycling collections.  If you have a spare mobile phone and want to dispose of it in a socially and environmentally responsible manner, read on!  By donating your cell phone to one of these charities, you have set a lot of good into motion!

Christmas in April provides assistance to people who own their own home but who, because of physical limitation or income, are not able to cover the costs of home repair. Typically, these individuals have a disability and/or are elderly, but low-income families and non-profit facilities such as schools, shelters and daycare centers are also included. Christmas in April does more with less. Every dollar spent is leveraged with over $4 in donated goods and services. It works because it's neighbor-helping-neighbor to build safer and stronger communities.


Computers For Schools

The proliferation of computer technology into mainstream society over the past ten years has created a societal imperative to redirect prematurely retired computers properly and to help teach our children how to utilize technology. The Computers For Schools Program is committed to creating and maintaining extraordinary partnerships to assist schools in attaining the technology they need; expanding and improving education for our entire nation.

“It is our goal that each and every person with a disability live a life of maximum independence with minimal public assistance”. Disability Resources, Inc. has been serving people with disabilities since 1993. Friends Without A Border

ANGKOR HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN, in Siem Reap, Cambodia is funded and managed by Friends Without a Border, a non-profit organization based in New York and Tokyo. Since opening in 1999, the hospital’s mission has been to provide medical care for the children of Siem Reap, and to train the next generation of Cambodian doctors, nurses and other health care workers.


Gail P. Ramos Foundation

Our mission statement is simple - the elimination of lung cancer as a life-threatening illness via a cure or sufficient treatment options to provide a high-quality of life and management of the disease as a chronic condition.  Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer death for both men and women. More people die annually of lung cancer than of colon, breast, and prostate cancer combined. In 2002, there will be about 169,400 new cases of lung cancer. About 154,900 people will die of this disease: 89,200 men and 65,700 women.

Mobile Devices Recycling program in all Staples stores that makes it easy for customers to recycle their used cell phones, PDAs, pagers and rechargeable batteries.
