1. How quickly can I
begin using the service after I sign up with Nickeltalk?
Your account will be activated within minutes after you sign
up. You will be notified via email when your account is active
and ready to use. Mobile service is activated instantly.

Does NickelTalk charge monthly fees?
There are NO monthly fees with NickelTalk. You’re charged
only for the calls you complete. As with any long-distance
call, applicable taxes and Federal Universal Service Fees
are assessed. There is an annual fee of $5.95 per account.
You can have up to 20 phones on each account.

How will I be billed for NickelTalk calls?
You can pay by Check, EFT, or Credit Card. You will receive
a bill each month for the prior month's usage.

What should I do if I have questions about charges on my bill?

Is NickelTalk available outside of America?
No, NickelTalk calls may not be initiated outside of America
at this time.

Can I use NickelTalk from my landline phone too?
Yes. You can get the same low rates from your landline through
NickelTalk.

How do I place a NickelTalk call?
Just dial (305)614-5000, wait for the prompt, then 011 Country
Code and Phone Number. Do not hit the "send" key
a second time!
8.
Do I need to switch mobile carriers to use NickelTalk?
No. You keep your existing mobile service.
9.
Can I register more than one mobile phone with Nickeltalk?
Yes. You can sign up as many as 10 mobile numbers, AND 10
residential numbers per account. An annual fee of $5.95 applies
per account.
