PDA
cases are offered by various manfacturers for different
models of PDAs. A case for your PDA might be a hard or soft type.
Depending on your need for one, you might consider an organizer
extension or a leather/ shell PDA case.
If your PDA
goes through extreme travel conditions (especially the kind that
has to do with it kissing your rear end), you might go for the
more indestructible metallic or hard bound leather PDA case. A
soft vinyl or leather PDA case for the nooks of your briefcase
or purse should suffice.
Some major
companies putting out PDA cases are Belkin, Covertec, Kipling,
Vctorinox, Sumdex, Briggs and Riley, Lavenger,
Ballagio, Palm, Targus, PDA
skins, Nite Ize, Road Wired, Kensington,
Xigma, Proporta, Clava, Lodi, Crumpler, Dopp,
Accucase and Krusel casel. Most all of these PDA carrying case
makers offer leather(soft) or metallic/ hard case leather type
covers.(Rhino PDA case)

When considering
a PDA case keep in mind room for additional storage
Personal
items such as bank cards, business cards and even room for memory
cards plus PDA batteries in specially fitted pockets or on the
back cover should be accomodated. Pockets for an additional stylus
or other PDA attachments should be taken into account. Some may
opt to keep the PDA stylus in the standard T|E location. Whether
the PDA case is open or closed, all input and outport ports should
be exposed for accessibility. Remember to look for cutouts a la
speakers, camera/ attachment etc. on the PDA case. PDA organizers
are a great tool for a mobile office add-on.
